The Foundation organised one-day Security Guard Training Capsules duly sponsored by the ONGC for the unemployed youth of the society during the year 2010-11. During the duration of the capsules, the trainees were given the basic security related lessons to facilitate them to perform better than the raw fellows from the society, while appearing for the interview for a security guard with the reputed security agencies. The trainees were served with two times tea and lunch during the training period and the participants were presented with the Participation Certificates after the conclusion of the one-day capsule. The Security Guard Training Capsules were conducted at Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Meerut and Dehradun.
