Ministry of Tourism. The Foundation signed the MoU with ITDC, Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India for the conduct of the placement linked courses for the unemployed youth of the country under their project Hunar Se Rozgar on the 11 October 2011. The pilot project  of the first Placement linked “Hospitality & Tourism Security Course” in association with iTDC under “Hunar Se Rozgar” for 40 unemployed youth was conducted at the Delhi Home Guard Training Centre, Raja Garden, New Delhi from 17 September to 15 November 2012The passing our parade of the course was reviewed by Mr.Parvez Dewan, Secretary, Ministry of Tourism in the presence of Shri, Lal;it K Panwar, CMD of ITDC on the 15 November at the Home Guard Training Centre in the presence of galaxy of guests from the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Tourism and the Captains from reputed Security Industries. The course participation certificates and the Job Offer letters of TopsGrup Security agency were presented to the course participants by the Secretary Tourism and the CMD of ITDC during the colourful passing out parade of the pilot project of the Ministry of Tourism.
